Despite some minor things about the rooms, the experience was good! Staff were friendly, the pool was small but clean, and the breakfast was good. In our room, the drawers had collapsed in at the back so we couldn't use them, but I never use them anyway so it didn't bother me too much. The shower controls were SUPER sensitive so to avoid super hot water was a delicate operation. And we found an open packet of chips from a previous guest under the bed. But other than that, it was good. I would stay there again.

People were super nice and helpful at every turn for me. The included breakfast was actually pretty dang good, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Room was pretty clean and well put together. Only small issue was the Wi-Fi was a little spotty but if you’re doing email / watching videos you’ll be plenty fine. Have a great day!

I'm a CLC guest and because of my job, I stay at hotels every day. I was very disappointed with this hotel as I truly prefer Best Western Hotels when choosing a room for the night. First off, hotel is gated all the way around which is great because of the location it's in. I wouldn't walk around the area in daytime. Then, I stayed in room 122, nice size room. Except that it had a full size jacuzzi tub that's not operational still in the room. I'm not going to use the jacuzzi tub regardless, but at least clean it if it's not even working. Then, the black out curtains aren't black out because of all the holes in them. The next day, check out is at 11am. OK, no problem. That's normal for all hotels. The exception is that housekeeping started knocking on my door at 845am. To their defense, I didn't have the do not disturb sign up. To my defense, none was provided to me. Ok, no problem, I let housekeeping know I'm not checking out until 11am. 45 minutes later, another knock. Not cool at all! Especially since CLC guest have a 24 hour check out period as per CLC agreement. NOT COOL! Hot breakfast is good though.

Although the front desk worker was the sweetest when we checked in. The hotel room smelled horrible. I room sprayed it myself but could not get the smell to go away. Not only thing but bulbs were missing in lamps and the sheets had tears in it. The curtains had yellow stains all over too and had to use clean wipes to close it. The worst and scariest part was the room across was torn down and looked like it tornado went though the hotel. Would not recommend this place for a family stay at all.
