So sad to be leaving this review. We’ve shopped here for years and bought at least 10 pairs of boots from them. We went this Saturday to get my 3.5 year old daughter some boots. She needed to use the restroom when we got there. We were told there were plumbing issues and she couldn’t use the restroom. We were told to go to the gas station down the street on High St as they “have good bathrooms and that’s where we go.” If you legitimately don’t have a working restroom, close until you get it working as it’s illegal to not have a restroom for employees. I specifically wanted to spend money with a known local company. Instead, we went to Boot Barn to get my little girl some boots. It’s especially sad as my wife wanted us to have good memories of getting our daughter new boots before the upcoming rodeo.

Been shopping here for 20 years. My significant other went to Red Wing to purchase 2 pair for sure. He wasn’t allowed inside without a mask. Called before arriving to assure wouldn’t be a problem. Mrs. Mary Lou : as always wonderful people with wonderful customer service! Thanks so very much
