In my opinion it is because of who is in office, I think Jackson needs a new mayor and Kenneth Stokes needs to be taken out of office, that'd be a good start, they don't care about the roads
They need a new light sytem also i get charge for tampering with my lights when my neighbor stays right next door to me been getting free lights for 5 years now in im the one who called Entergy to tell them someone stolen my meter to my houses they tell me to pay all this money which i did then tell me to get a permit which i did then its im stealing lights i doesn't understand if i was stealing lights why would i call them to tell them my meter was stolen then if that's the case why all these other people in the neighborhood is getting free lights
