They need a new light sytem also i get charge for tampering with my lights when my neighbor stays right next door to me been getting free lights for 5 years now in im the one who called Entergy to tell them someone stolen my meter to my houses they tell me to pay all this money which i did then tell me to get a permit which i did then its im stealing lights i doesn't understand if i was stealing lights why would i call them to tell them my meter was stolen then if that's the case why all these other people in the neighborhood is getting free lights

I use to work for Allstate,They have to do the investigation part, that's just insurance, they have your information, they shouldn't have to ask for it,as far as them being jerks, I would straight call consumer affairs about that one.You are the policy holder,you are always right unless they can prove different
