I hate to do this to a place I’ve visited for years. However, after finding a noise in my front end after an alignment, i crawled under truck to find that my left tie rod jamb nut was loose. This was an accident I understand. If the tie rod would’ve broken it couldn’t been a been a very bad accident. Secondly, I went in and got some tires installed a couple weeks ago. I got all the whole home afterwards to find that two tires were installed backwards. This is not acceptable for a reputable shop. I will not be returning. It seems they’ve lost their touch, or they just hire anyone to work there.
