Nice area but you must be careful around the boat dock. There are multiple shallow areas that you can hit even with a jet ski but can't necessarily see. Ask me how I know 😱

Most definitely. Watch for alligators of course. But we've been launching and swimming here all our lives and never heard of one attacking a person.

It is pretty large and goes continuously thru rivers and canals thruout Brevard county.. I would say Google earth it.. It looks like there are houses and businesses around it. It's very hard to get to but from lake Washington street coming off of Wickham you dead end at the park. Which is open to the public. Other roads exist but are even harder to get to..
