How do I get my vulnerability score

You have to set up an appointment by calling 211, your appointment will be at a DSHS office, the person doing the interview will ask you a series of questions and then issue your vulnerability score to you. The person that assisted myself and my partner was beyond helpful and informative, really a lifesaver and gave us some much needed hope. Highly recommend this program if needed.

Some of it depends on your score for the VI-Spdat. Get an assessment and talk to a counselor there.
