Hoooorible customer service! Took me 3 ours to my booked suite upon arrival with no apologies and not even an offer of a beverage while we waited…. Finally get the room and medication was left on the bed that a child could have ingested.. Just simply asking for towels I was given attitude and profanity.

This was my family's second time at this hotel in the past few months. The first time we had a minor issue with the cleanliness of our suite but decided to go back due to the exceptional customer service and room selection options. For this trip we were in town to get our oldest son settled in for his first year in college. This hotel provides great options for family accomodations. We had the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeper sofa room. We were all able to sleep comfortably and have a bit of our own space. The laundry access was useful as well. We will definitely be back.

My stay was excellent! The staff Treated me like family! It was my home away from home. Cassandra made sure I had the best room. Ashley was a phone call away with any request! Tanya kept my room show room ready! Mark was fantastic with making sure I was pleased from billing to any extras needed. I highly recommend this hotel. I know im not easy to please at times. But they exceeded the standards. Never had a hotel experience so great. The location is a plus. Both for families with small children to adventurous singles or pet parents. Great dog park nearby and cocktails
