DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We stayed here for a conference and were told the hotel was in great shape. Upon arrival, the hotel looked as if it was built with pharoah's bricks. When we walked in, the smell of old, musk, and mold seeped the air. I told the young lady with me, "we are not staying!" She wanted to give them a chance. The rooms were equally as filthy. I did not sleep well for being on the lookout for pests. I woke up with a bite mark on my chest from something. We checked out SUPER early the next morning. The young lady at the desk did not take my complaint down as to why we were checking out early. The other front desk clerk took our complaint and wrote it down for the manager and said "she didn't know when he would be back, but they were already aware of the bedbug problem and working on it." This hotel should have been closed!!! It's much more than I could say, but I'll leave it here!! Close it DOWN!!!

Worst hotel ever. Musty smell, unfinished and unkept rooms, holes in the walls and ceilings, roaches, and definitely wouldn’t swim in the pool where the water is swamp green and looks like a cesspool. The staff are very nonchalant and unprofessional. And they charged me more than the rate I booked online and claimed it was because of taxes (even though they were already calculated in the online rate). Breakfast sucks, the coffee creamer was expired, food was terrible and very scant selection. Do not stay here…ever. When I complained about the holes in the wall and shower (which was half on and half through the faucet because the shower valve was broken) she proceeded to tell me how some people like that kind of thing. This is not a quality business at all. I’ve been to other comfort inns…this is worse than some motels I’ve stayed in. You’ve been warned.

The beds were very comfortable and our room was very clean. We were happy to see that the free breakfast was available again. The rate was very reasonable. We would definitely come back to this Comfort Inn.

My fiancé and I booked this hotel and so I’m going to tell you guys about our stay. We always purchase our stays for a hotel online. The website said a different price than what the price was told to us at check in and there was an additional $100 deposit just in case you left anything broken or some which you get back after your stay. Okay anyways first mistake was the difference in price, second was our room key not working, third was when we got ready to take a shower and we see a roach running across the wall (was gone let it slide at first), few moments later we see more on the curtains and ceiling (built up dust all on the ceiling) go back to the bathroom turn the lights on and five more crawling on the floor. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in until they get pest control and get more staff to take pride in keeping the hotel nice and clean. Other than that the receptionists were nice just the hotel was not up to standard
