Good location and good place to live! Plenty of space, including closet space, in a two bedroom. Maintenance is quick to help when something isn't working. The only negative is thin walls so I can sometimes hear the people above me, but I have found this to be common in most apartments in the area.

Park Row Apartments is a nice and safe community to live. The apartments are also really spacious and roomy. Darcie was really nice with helping me move in from out of town and made many compromises to ensure that I was well settled. As soon as I have any repair requests, the maintenance staff are always on ground to help out with a very quick turnaround. The only thing I wish they had was in-unit washer/dryer options.

Maintenance and management iss attentive, not all buildings have laundry available in building. Laundry room available within the community. No security issues. Parking spots available for purchase if you don't want to park on the street. But usually there's plenty of available Street parking. Only con I can think of is that if somebody's arguing you can hear them no matter what unit you have within the building. Online payments make paying rent super easy and you can pay it and installments as long as it's paid by the date it's due. There is a processing fee for each payment made online.

Great and affordable starter place to live. Darcie is very nice and helpful with any questions and concerns. She aims to help resolve any of your frustrations as quickly as possible. All employees have done their jobs and I have no issues with them. If I ever needed something repaired in my apartment, the employees have been respectful. If you have a dog, you can live here. It’s a pet friendly neighborhood and apartment complex.
