Hands down one of the best places I've ever rented. You will not find staff as friendly, or maintenance as responsive anywhere else. All units are cleaned exceptionally well before move in. The covered parking is saintly in the winter. The amenities are all super convenient. Not enough good things can be said. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

I spent the happiest 6 years of my life (thus far) at the Alexander. The staff is excellent: professional, considerate, and responsive. I'd have stayed indefinitely if I hadn't been offered a job 150+ miles away. I lived in the fitness center in the mornings. My wife enjoyed the outdoor pool in the summer. We had a reasonably priced storage unit on our floor. If I make my way back to Albany, career-wise, I would rent at the Alexander again.

I have lived in this apartment complex for four years and recently moved out due to relocation. This has been an excellent home and the management staff is EXCEPTIONAL. I have had absolutely no issues living here. I once had a routine maintenance request and someone showed up just minutes (!!!) after I placed the request. The amenities are great. I parked in their parking garage which helped with the snow in the winter. The gym is gorgeous and the indoor pool comes in handy. The apartments are quiet and cozy. The staff know their residents by name, which made me feel more at home. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
