I have had nothing but positive experiences with Tivoli Park. They are always there when an issue arises, and maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues in my apartment or building. The grounds are beautiful, I live facing the courtyard and I love it. The grounds maintenance people are always keeping everything looking so nice and aesthetically beautiful. This complex is one of the top best places I have lived in New York since moving back in 2000. I am very happy with living here at Tivoli Park Apartments. Thank you Susan Handschuh 457 2B

Is there anywhere in Albany that does not smell like marijuana? This area sounds like gunshots at least once or twice a week. If you don't want your closet to smell like weed you may not want to have neighbors who live below you're apartment.

When we first moved in to Tivoli, the place was a welcomed apartment especially not having to pay for heat. Several incidents come to mine that disturbed me/finding young people in the basement having sex informed property manager/Deb at that time. This was due to unsecured doors. Of late, with new property management fire in a basement, thought no smoking was known, but not really. Had a neighbor who literally played music early am until late, I was told something would be done but it did not change. A big place for out of the country residents which is fine but no respect for others. Kids use to play toss the garbage to see if the garbage landed in the big garbage cans. Parking got worse when three spaces were taken up in one row leaving no other spaces because folks there think they and all the cars/and company for them are allowed. Fixing of cars in parking spaces which is against lease agreement. Now since I made the escape got a letter saying I owe for cleaning. After six years and more really, how cheap is Tri City? or are property managers really capable? Like I said it was nice when I moved in but glad I am out. I miss a lot of my friends there, and pray they moved to for there is life off of Livingston. Colleen and Pat two of the maintenance folks thank you for always being there for issues. See ya Tivoli Park, never....
