Its a great place to live in Albany very nice apartments. Takes section 8, housing authority, military, jewish, russian, and disabled/seniors. However its does not have nice people. There has already been gunshots outside...college kids, drinking, seniors who are not so nice, tattletaing seniors, big scary pets, very strict management, bed bugs, mice, floors that are not fixed and people who still use candles and smoke in house when its not allowed. The rent goes by your income so everyone here pays something different for rent. It has a nice garden, your own mail box. You can have your pets with a fee. There are no young people here...
