Their application process is not typical of apartments or condos. References and history of rentals would be understandable but they require co-signers for graduate students. That is laughable that as a 30 year old I would ask someone to co-sign anything for me. Clearly they rent to kids. I stay far away from places that have these stipulations.

I’ve lived at Stonehenge apartments for a year and I can definitely say living here was great. Maintenance was amazing. They are extremely hard workers and maintain the grounds beautifully. Sam the leasing agent was responsive, friendly, and very professional. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The reason for the 4 stars was because for a studio it was expensive for what you are getting. Garage is convenient but an extra payment. Buildings were old but still has its charm. I definitely would recommend living here if you are looking for an apartment rental.

So far the rental manager has been so nice and helpful. I have never rented an apartment before and he has answered all my questions promptly!! I look forward to maybe living here in the future!

Been a tenant here for two years now, and we are always impressed by the staff! They are always courteous and accommodating. Great place to live, it is quiet and the grounds are always well-kept.
