Everything was okay. It's hard 2tell what's going on when ur stuck n a room with the door closed. Had 2 wait 2 hours 2b triaged - had my wife's injury been less significant we'd have been released with a bandage and would have wasted a bunch of time. It wasn't - 6 stitches. Everyone was nice, especially considering it was late >10

Used emergency services for allergic reaction. Very friendly and communicated and explained everything. All staff were pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned.

Staff didn't know the proper names for medications, only the generic titles. If that doesn't clue you in I don't know what else will. It was nearly impossible for me to get ahold of the dedicated "doctor" (psychiatrist) who actually was in charge of meds for the entirety of my stay.

Laboratory Employees are one the clock 24 hours a day. Out patient work orders on over at 5:00 p.m.
Was a patient in the ER. Nursing staff was amazing and radiology was great as well. The doctor didn't have a bedside manor and did not impress me at all.
