I had 2 knees and 1 hip replacement at Clarion Ia. Dr Li did all of my surgeries and I have recommended him and the Clarion Hospital to lots of people. Hospital staff is excellent and treat you very well. A caring Dr and Hospital. Connie Pals

Would NOT recommend this hospital or the providers. Providers have zero bedside manner, and throughout the course of my knee replacement evaluation, surgery and follows the doctor did not physically evaluate the knee. He only touched the knee on the day of surgery. After surgery there was no nothing, he relied on PT notes. Then there is the billing department. This facility does not have their act together at all and heaven forbid you want to speak with someone about a bill as there is no number listed on the bill. When you do finally find a number and get through, they laugh at you! How degrading and seriously unprofessional! Overall I wish I could give negative stars.

Problem after problem and a nasty review they seemed to put some effort into fixing the issues that could be dealt w and apologized for ALL the past nonsense of my daughter being a lost number and not a first time mother going into labor there. They completely forgot about us nite baby was born, didnt have enough formula bottles in the room, never weighed mom after delivery even though they told us they would bring a scale. Never told us babies weight leaving the hospital, and didn't send her w a gift bag like the website says even tho she filled the form out for it. Called them this morning and they said they probably have the stuff to put one together and she could come pick it up! Come on, brand new momma who lives over an hour away....the amount of gas that would take her to get there and back for her "gift" she could probably just as well go to Wal Mart herself! I. Beyond frustrated and am glad this is all over with! Disappointed momma/grandma
