I was taken there by my daughter at 10am on a Monday was coughing and short of breath at 1 they took a chest xray at 2 they did covid test at 7:40 I did not even talk to a doctor about the results. A PA talked to everyone who came after me so we left finally my doctors nurse called me with my results today. .I hope I don't have to go there with a real emergency as I might die

I recently had surgery at St. Alexius. My experience from check in to discharge 2 days later was exceptional. My Pre-Op nurses Peggy and Sabrina were outstanding, made me feel at ease. My 6th floor south nursing staff went above and beyond for me many thanks to Honeybee, Catalina and Karla for all your help and understanding and my patient care tech’s Chris and Edgar for a job well done. You all helped so much. If I could give a 10 star to all you guy’s I would. Thank you all so much.

I had hip replacement surgery and was told I should walk to prevent DVTs and so my muscles don't get stiff. I repeatedly asked to walk and the nurse continued to say she was busy she would be back in 10 minutes to assist me. This went on for 12 hours. She would not help me get out of bed for 1/2 a day. At 3am when I insisted she repeated the same excuse. I asked to speak to a charge nurse and was told there wasn't any and walked out even after I expressed my blood clot fears. Dont come here unless you want the chance of being a prisoner until the next shift starts.

Been sitting in the ER now since about 11 pm Wednesday night, it is currently 4 AM Thursday MORNING no clue as to when my mother will be seen. Complete lack of caring from staff over the fact she has been throwing up for as long as she has been. One person even said “Well there’s sick people ahead of her so…” Terrible lack of humanity or compassion. Thank the Gods she isn’t sick or something, right? Update: been here for 8 hours officially and there’s still 6 people ahead of her. This hospital is trash and they should be ashamed of themselves.

This hospital is Ascension. There are doctors that are with Duly that have privileges here.

For AMITA you need to call your doctor first so they can send an order in. Then you call in to make an appointment. I've been offered appointments as early as 8am. If you are looking for something faster call the closest immediate care center. Good luck.
