Absolute scam! Received a "FIT-CHEK" test in the mail that was never ordered by a doctor. Looks like this Home Access has been sold private information and is trying to bilk insurance companies for big Cologard-type bucks. Don't fall for it!

Complete scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They can't even mail you the results. We have talked to 4 different people, and never have received anything in the mail. It has been 4 months. Unprofessional is a mild word to describe this company. I could give minus I would

I'm not much of a reviews type person, with that being said. I felt the need to express the fact that this company is very professional. I am beyond honored to be a home access health employee. The level of rules and guidelines this company values are to be recommended and commended. I have had 25 plus years of sales and management experience. But, never have I worked for a place that is strictly customer service and all about helping the client. feels so good to work for a company that prides themselves on the way we handle their clients (members)

Questions & Answers

Why r u sending me a test kit all the way from a Illinois when I live in Michigan? My doctor hasn't notified me about taking said test? How did u get my name & address?

I've gotten three unsolicited colon cancer tests in the mail. The lab sends you the test, claiming that a doctor ordered it or it was requestedby your insurance company. You sign the return where you authorize the lab to get a doctor's order and bill your insurance company. More unnecessary tests and wasted money. This should be investigated.
