DO NOT GO HERE. The supervisors have no understanding on what they are doing. A few weeks back I asked the two supervisors, Michael and Jane, if I can ship my laptop internationally. They said YES and happily accepted my $81 payment. The package got rejected and shipped right back to MY DOOR for containing a battery. I asked for a refund for misinformation and failed delivery. The supervisor Michael B asked the other working there, Jane, "what do you think? Should we refund him?" Jane rudely said "No" So the supervisor, Michael, told me to leave! I recorded how aggressive Michael got and how rude Jane was. Don't give them business.

I mailed a package that arrived to an address serviced by the Post Office, the label arrived in an envelope without the goods and a letter of explaining how sorry the USPS was for the damage to the mail. I now have to file a claim and produce receipt for something I bought a long time ago.
