I got the post office at 4:10 when they closed at 4:30. They didn’t have a box I needed but employee MONA went the back and searched untill she found one that would work! Not only that she helped tape the box while I filled out the address info. It was 4:40 when I was done but she never complained! Excellent service!

I had 4 passports to do and MONA helped with each and everyone one of them. Accommodated my husband's, and he didn't have an appt. She was friendly and understanding and I'd go back again. I watched her with other families who had kids and she was just as patient with them as with us. I work govt too and I know how difficult it can be to work with people who aren't organized or who you have to give bad news to. And I told her that. And immediately she looked relieved and said that it was no issue. Sometimes you just have to be appreciative and nice to folks. Also, postal workers need a raise. 4 stars because the facility was not passport accommodating. There was very little room to maneuver in that place.

It's always hard to get people on the phone for any Post office personnel. You may gets someone if you know a Direct number.

Evedently it has the wrong p.o. box on it or she hasn't paid her box rent. We make every effort to deliver the mail maybe she isn't on the list to deliver to that address
I went searching for my package and it was placed outside My Neighbors garage. The only reason I even found it is because the company changed their boxes. Our mailbox FACES our driveway, they delivered to the house across the street.
