I had to wait on hold for 15-20 minutes to talk to an actual person, but this was the first time I've been on hold and I got to choose my on-hold music! While all 5 choices are terrible, I at least got to pick the least terrible music to listen to while waiting. (and you could even change your selection). This made me smile. I would have given them a 5 star rating if metal, ska, classical, or Louie Armstrong were one of my options. Maybe this review will let them know they have metalheads care about their mail services too. Give the people what they want! Who doesn't want to mosh while waiting on hold?! The customer service rep did answer my question, so I'll give them 4 stars for that.

Absolutely garbage service. I can't tell you how many time they have refused to deliver a package and it just gets sent back. Beware. Definitely ship your packages ups or FedEx don't trust them with you stuff. Refund the postal service it's a joke. They can't do their job.
