This used to be my favorite place to mail my packages but they changed out all the employees now I dread going! The new employees harass and argue with you. What happened to small town service? I'm not happy at all!!!

We’re done giving people the benefit of the doubt. On 3 instances now my family members and I have had issues with the current postal workers. They give backhanded remarks, openly insult you, and argue with you. Worst customer service we’ve seen in our several years of living in Rigby.

The post master told me i needed to pay 40 for a change of lock when i just needed a key for the apartment complex mail box. Its like he had no idea what i was talking about. I was told to bring in the lease agreement an my ID. Nothing about changing the lock.

If he is leasing and the old tenant did not give the key to the land lord to give him they do charge a 40$ lock change fee.
Yes you can but if packages and other items do not fit in your box slot you will have to pick them up at the post office.
