I would just like my packages delivered. This is twice the mail carrier lied about trying to deliver a package and I will have to go pick the package up from the post office.

These are photos of my package that just arrived. It was delivery of perfume. The carrier didn't even place it on the porch like they normally do. I'm guessing it's because she was avoiding my response to my crushed package. USPS, This is why people choose FED EX or UPS instead of the post office. Shame on you for treating shipments like this.

The automated system is 20 questions and won't transfer me to the post office to tell them they delivered someone else's mail at my house ive have constant issues with this post office and they need a direct number not a 800 to actually assist peoples needs

I visited the Gilmer Post Office to mail 3 cell phones to my grandkids, they disappeared within a half hour of paying for overnight shipment. I went through all avenues of tracking to filing a complaint, just gone and only 100 dollars for the insurance was collected. Be wary of sending expensive items from this post office.

I had the same problem. I contacted the main post office in Washington D.C. and they got that situation handled. I hope this was helpful.
