I just had back surgery and not allow to drive. I work from home. I am here 24/7. I found a SORRY YOU WEREN'T HOME sticker on my door. I was HOME! I have rescheduled 3TIMES! NO ONE WILL DELIVER IT and ON ONE will ANSWER THE PHONE at the post office! This place gives USPS a HORRIBLE name!!

Horrible “service”! I will go to the store rather than having my packages delivered by this postal center. They stuff my mailbox full of junk mail, then refuse to deliver the items I actually order. I get very little regular mail. I will report my order as missing to Amazon and avoid having anything delivered by USPS! I do forget to empty all of the junk mail from my mail box, but it is no excuse for hostile service, changing my mail status without my permission, and refusing to deliver my packages. I too am very busy. Thanks for ruining my Saturday morning and still refusing to give me my packages. Customer service is not a consideration for the Colony USPS. That should be their slogan. My mail box had plenty of room for a key and the other packages would not have fit so they should have been left at my door. UPS, FedEx, and Amazon delivery drivers are 10000x’s superior. So much for “Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.” Hahaha…

Because their phone is in the back and the front desk osnt suppost to answer in coming calls I live three houses from them I had to walk in the rain

USPS tracking system has some serious problems. Does not update often enough.
If you have the tracking number, you can go online and see where it is. If not, Google Post Office and and call the toll free number and start a claim for missing package. (They may also ask for a tracking number)

I think it varies. I got mine in 2 weeks. I went to the Rosemeade Government Center in Carrollton and had no wait.
