The last two times I have spoken to them, one in person and one over the phone, they have been rude and dismissive of me. It's very discouraging and upsetting.

The Acton, TX Post Office has the absolute RUDEST employees. Terrible and, at times, downright humiliating customer service!!!

This post office doesn't show that they care about the customers that are literally paying their salary. I have had over a dozen instances in last few years where outgoing mail, particularly packages, are left in my mail box and the incoming mail thrown on top of it. I have called 5 or 6 times and talked to a manager - sometimes the carrier was our regular mail carrier, other times a sub. Doesn't matter, the problem continues. It' either laziness or incompetence but I don't think any of the managers really care. Too bad. I'm gonna try complaining to Postmaster in Granbury and then on up the ladder. I see from other complaints that this is a common problem and if you are having this issue or others with your mail service please take the time to complain. Thanks.

I feel they are under staffed. And the staff that are there could possibly be burned out on their job. A smile goes a long way. We all need to offer "Grace" during these times.

At the middle school? It depends on the volume of mail the carrier has to get sorted and loaded up for delivery. I do know that the middle school is the third stop on that particular route so I would have to say anytime between 10 am to 12 pm.
The USPS mail service only holds mail for 30 days once that 30 days is up they take it and deliver it to your front porch .looking at your dates it looks like you were past that 30 days .someone could have got it off your porch .if you had no one to pick it up for you .sorry for any inconvenience.
Not a clue..I would say go to USPS.com and it should have some guidance there
One way to help stop getting annoying mail that doesn't belong is by putting the names of everyone that lives there on a card and place it on the inside of your mail box and stick it on the inside of the door where the carrier can see it when they open the box. Another way is taking to the carrier if you see them there not only trying to deliver everyone's mail every day but also trying to learn who's moving in or out constantly and every single thing you can do helps them. Hope this can help you!
Usual time 4:30PM Good Friday is not a federal holiday
