after being gone from Nov 13, 2018, we returning Dec 31,2018, and on January 2, 2019 I came to claim our "held" mail. Only to be told someone had already picked it up. We have NO ONE here to pick up our mail. How do I find my mail?

The USPS mail service only holds mail for 30 days once that 30 days is up they take it and deliver it to your front porch .looking at your dates it looks like you were past that 30 days .someone could have got it off your porch .if you had no one to pick it up for you .sorry for any inconvenience.

They should hve ask for I.D. from whoever picked it up!
