After a 40min drive I show up only to be told that they were unable to verify my insurance. (My insurance had me designated to another practice unbeknownst to me until I arrived for my appointment) My appointment here had been made for over 3 weeks - WHY was I not informed until I arrived!? "Well, we verify the day before the appointment. We called you Friday but there was no answer." 1. Why do you wait until the day before to verify insurance - TERRIBLE practice. 2. Do you not leave voicemails? Unorganized and unacceptable.

This is a fantastic dental office. They offer their own insurance plans. I believe they are better than what you get threw your insurance. IIt is clean . Staff is comforting , very knowledgeable with great bed side manners. The do use the happy gas and have movies and video games for all😊💖💖
