Never been here so thought I’d give them a go. Called yesterday about a tire as I hit a rock broke my rim and blew my tire. Person who answered the phone was helpful and I told him I’d be in today to pay and get it going. I pulled up and jumped out my car as an older gentleman pulled up behind me. I was in the door before he got fully out his car. I joined the line and waited for about 3-4 minutes. Not bothered at all by this. Once the guy was done the guy serving looked right at me then proceeded to skip me and walk to another desk and work the the older gentleman that pulled up when I got out. I couldn’t believe it. Looked right at me and walked. I’d much rather spend my dollars at somewhere that values me. I’m still shocked at the customer service. Just my one experience I had that I thought I should share. Patrick was the clerk working the desk.

Bought the tires and made my appointment online. Great customer service!!! They were fast and helpful. I highly recommend making an appointment to avoid waiting as they are very busy! More info for this location after initial post: during my new tire install, I also asked them to check out the tpms on my 2018 Ram 2500. I had one tire not registering. They replaced the sensor and said it would take a few minutes to update. It didn’t and I returned and let them know. They quickly got me in and tried another…it too wouldn’t register with the system, so I went back for a third time. After discussing with the manager it was decided that we should try an OEM part from the RAM dealer. They ordered the sensor from the local dealer, installed it and all is good. They could have easily given up or charged more, but they were didn’t. The customer service here is second to none!!!!
