I went here yesterday morning for my appt. to renew my driver's license and apply for my REAL ID. I'm not sure why some of the Google reviews are negative because I was in and out in about 4-5 minutes with my temporary print-out of my new license/REAL ID. There was only 1 person finishing up in front of me, and, overall, I am very pleased with the efficiency and speed of the Acton AAA which is conveniently located in Acton down the street from my home. Long wait times possibly due to not enough people working or the offer too many services...RMV, travel, insurance, currency exchange, etc. My currency exchange took much longer than it should, and not necessarily what I asked for. Wanted small bills and got large ones.

Went to this site for REAL ID License renewal. The clerk at the front has a callous attitude, trying very hard to deter my effort. There is nothing wrong that she tried to check every piece of document. The issue is the attitude and the way of communicating with clients, such as words like "if you do not have this piece document, then you have to come back for another trip."

Can I speak with anyone at AAA in Acton, Mass. or schedule an appointment to rejoin, renew my license?
Yes. You can renew, and get a REAL ID license at the AAA Acton branch. You must show your AAA member card. Also, make sure the name on ALL DOCUMENTS - MATCH. You will be turned away for a typo, maiden/married name not matching etc. While I waited for my turn, I watched people leaving in a huff because they hadn't READ the instructions.

GM, The Ups store, Staples, office max are all stores you can goto to print documents.
I don't think they will do complex registration cancellations. Their services are very basic, eg. License renewal, re registration, etc. I wouldn't risk making prep only to be turned away. Head to the nearest RMV to be safe. A phone call to AAA wouldn't hurt either. Good luck 👍
