If I could give a review of zero stars I would. Having worked for this hospital for a handful of years I would assume they would treat their patients, especially those who did their part on their team, a bit better. I have never been treated more poorly and unethically at any hospital than this one, last night. I would never suggest any one go to this hospital. For anything. It’s utterly disgusting the lack of care, respect and compassion this hospital’s ER has. If you want to be cared for or taken seriously for any medical concern, go elsewhere.

My 2 year old had to get stitches in her lip on a Saturday. As a mom scrambling- I was nervous and anxious, I wanted my baby girl to go back there immediately! Sadly, all rooms were filled, we sat for about 4 minutes and someone came out to us! That was a great feeling knowing we weren't pushed aside. The male was very nice and calm with my daughter. We did get a room a few minutes later. Brings tears to my eyes how amazing the staff and nurses were!! I can't thank everyone enough and I am truly grateful that it happened in Spencer instead of our home town, I really mean that! She has her stitches out now, and I can barely see a scare. I thank the doctor and nurses for being patient with me, keeping me informed and everyone had smiles on their faces the whole time!! Seriously thank you so much, Spencer Hospital Staff!!! ❤️

Spencer Hospital's labor & delivery unit is amazing! I had an amazing experience during my stay. All of the nurses were professional, personable, knowledgeable, and supportive. They were extremely understanding and patient, and did everything they could to help us. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me and my baby!
