Incompetent doctors and crooked billing. 10 min visit where they tell you they can't help you and turn you away is gonna set you back $3,000 for the PRIVILEGE of sitting in their waiting room

They only received a 3 because they had the good sense to hire Dr. Cook. Everything else is a flat zero. The nurse bruised my arm putting in the IV but the absolute worst part was the lady that kept bugging me about my copay. I'm in the ER and while tests are being ran she's in the room going over what I owe. I assured her that I was aware of my copay amount and would pay before I left (which I did) they need more training on how to not bother an already worried patient. So unprofessional.
I love Jesus
They are something else I tell you, from the real big Hispanic lady behind the glass who does the registration and the er nurses too, they are rude and something else, can you say unprofessional! please go back to school you are missing some things, prescribing people the wrong medication that’s a no no!

Are you talking about the Covid vaccine? When I asked Franciscan, they said: Go to www.ourshot.in.gov It is not Franciscan that is giving out the vaccine it is the state. The state is using Community Hospital and Franciscan Hammond (formerly St. Margaret's) as a location site that you may choose. You have to register online. The state is only giving to 70 and over. They will call you when it is time to schedule.
I would suggest Walgreens or a CVS. If you go to this facility you have to go thru the ER. If you don't have it by the time you wait with the sick patients you may!!!!
Yes in November 2021

Labs can be drawn at anytime if you have a written order from your doctor, but outpatient lab opens at 6:30 AM.
Possibly through 'My Chart', or maybe they can give you a disk. You can also go through Medical records and ask them.
