Christina the office leasing manager is so sweet and amazing! She has always been quick with her replies since the day I applied, made me feel right at home, and has been helpful throughout the whole process! The apartment is very spacious and filled with plenty of natural sunlight, no need to use the lights until night. The apartment complex is nice quiet and well kept! The neighbors are friendly and the area is definitely family oriented!

The housing manager Christina was wonderful. She was very polite, professional and kind. She showed us a tour of the space and my roommate and I instantly fell in love. My roommate and I lived on the Top floor , not too many stairs to go up . You will definitely need a shopping chart of some sort to bring in your groceries. The parking lot and garages are away from the building making it difficult move in and move out of the building. Our apartment had plenty of space . Huge rooms especially the master bedroom. during the summer time we got quite a bit of bugs from outside in the house coming in from the built in AC’s.I don’t know if that’s the same for all the apartments. The heating is not controlled by the tenants. Sometimes it gets extremely hot and I’d have to turn on the AC. On the positive end Maintenance is really fast at cleaning up after each winter storms. There’s more than enough parking everyone.

I've been here for a couple months now and it seems to be a good place so far in my experience, the landlord has been very friendly in my encounters with her and answers any emails or phone calls in a timely fashion for any questions or maintenance requests. The rent is a tad high however everything except for electric is covered in it. I know other reviews mentioned potholes in the parking lot, I however haven't had that issue (so maybe they patched the road since the last review). I personally do enjoy how close it is to I90 and other exits/parts of Albany. The apartment itself is also rather spacious and in some lucky apartments you also have a balcony facing a tiny river which can draw the occasional animal to it that you can watch (mostly smaller animals though). The only thing I can really complain about was mentioned by someone else and that was that some individuals do smoke pot in some of the buildings. In my experience you can't really smell it to horribly, only in the stairwells and its only in some buildings.
