I did not get the chance to stay. Due to problems with registering. The manager did nothing to assist me with correcting the issue. She was rude and offered no help. Her attitude was very poor and inhospitable. Upon arrival I also noticed parking fees that were not disclosed. I would not stay here if it was free after the treatment I received. The welcome mat said satisfaction guaranteed. When I mentioned this to the manager I was told to leave. Southern hospitality at its finest! Note to potential guests we found fees that were not disclosed upfront. I would suggest not using a third party registration process as Fairfield did nothing to assist with problems and left us without a room and room was fully paid for.

Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The parking garage is neat because you can park your car on the same floor as your room. The spots are a little tight so if you have an option to take a smaller car I’d recommend it.

This property has no idea how the Marriott bonvoy program works. If you're an elite they will deny you benefits that you're guaranteed like late checkout. The front desk staff is less than helpful and also rude. Breakfast options we're not great, the only meat offered was pork sausage. If you have a problem with your stay, I highly suggest calling Marriott corporate to get resolution because the hotel has no idea what they're doing with anything. Oh yeah and you're also automatically charged for garage parking and they don't ask you if you're parking with them or not. It is a newer hotel so it is a nice property, just poorly staffed and poorly managed unfortunately. I would suggest bringing your business elsewhere like the Hilton properties right next door.

Underwhelmed by this particular property. The rooms were clean. The coffee was good. The breakfast, which is usually substantial for a free hotel breakfast, was subpar. Not accommodating at all with early and late checkins/out. In town for a dance convention, so if there were no other time then now to need accommodations this would be it. The property sorely missed that mark. The front desk lady upon both requests was less than compassionate about the situation. Understandably a busy weekend, but my “understanding” didn’t help me at all. Would not return to this particular location.

Moving left to right: made to order waffles, scrambled eggs with toppings as desired, turkey sausage, bacon, pork sausage, folded cheese and egg omelet, multiple varieties of greek and regular yogurt, a few varieties of cereal, granola, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, a variety of pastries including Bagels, muffins and bread, juice, milk and fresh coffee (mild, bold and decaf) with regular or flavored creamer. 😁
Parking isnt free but you can park on the actual floor your room is on. I found that convenient! Not 12$ a night convenient but its was.

The hotel is very nice. The free breakfast while. Nice benefit is it's lowest point and I woukd eat there only as a last resort. The location is good if you have business I'm Savannah but not as close to the River as most tourists would want to be. Uber is good if you want to get downtown as you might not want to worry about parking. Very close to the food store. Great parking.
Yes they have the small coffee pot in the room, but i recommend you go to the lobby and get it. They make very good coffee and have a variety of sweeteners and creamers to choose from.
