My family and I visited Savannah this past week for the second year in a row! This hotel definitely was up to par in terms of excellent service from the front desk, valet, and the breakfast staff. They were very helpful and efficient our entire visit! Also, this property was recently renovated, with the decor and the rooms being beautifully immaculate. With it being in the historic district, it was the perfect location for everything walking distance. A great hotel to stay at indeed!

As someone who stays at Marriott hotels on a monthly basis, please do not stay here. The poor service outweighs the great location and decent room (unless you are in a gross, humid top floor room). I had to switch rooms the first day due to the hotel room on the top floor being so humid that the floors were wet. Multiple times I went to the front desk to complain, request housekeeping, and valet and 3/4 times these requests were not met. The issue solely seems to be the front desk staff (Valet and bar staff were awesome!!). They do not communicate with the other team members and the new staff has no idea what they are doing and kept telling us they were training. Needless to say, we had to stop valet because our car service that we called in was not relayed to valet team members and housekeeping was never completed until the last day of our stay. We even requested towels one day and a staff member told us to grab them when we came back in instead of having them brought to our room. Do yourself a favor and pay an extra 100 a night to stay somewhere with better service.

The Courtyard was a nice comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and the double clean was large enough that we were comfortable staying for a few days. The location was excellent and made exploring the city by foot a breeze. The staff was helpful and allowed us a later check out when our flight got pushed. They also stored our bags securely while we explored the city until we were ready to head back to the airport. We would stay here again.

We have stayed here at least 7-8 times ....good location and nice accommodations for our visits to Savannah. This property has certainly taken a "hit" since the pandemic. They have totally remolded, so selfishly for me they removed the bathtubs, so not a good thing for me....but sort of the least if the problems. We arrived quite late last night, with lots of luggage. The porter never offered to help us unload....so we did it all...then informed us the garage was full so we had to drive down the road and park ourselves. Then over a 30 minute wait to try and get our room...the poor receptionist, who was very very nice, was totally overwhelmed with issues, where we were finally able to get a room....touch and go for about 10 minutes, even though we had made. reservations. They finally have opened their breakfast Bistro Bar....a very good thing, but the very nice guy taking orders was not able to work the coffee machine....so no Cafe Latte etc, and it seems everyone that came in was looking for the same. All nice people working and doing their best....maybe it goes to management, not sure, but sad to say we will be looking elsewhere after many many years of staying here.

No there is no airport transfers.. However you can take a cab and it is about 15 minutes depending on the time you arrive and traffic.. taxi is $29 one way.
Sorry used credit card.
I don't think there are any casinos at all in Savannah (or nearby surrounding areas). There may be some of those "casino ships" that cruise out to international waters then open up the gambling.
Register your animal as a service animal and then any hotel allows your "pet". Just saying tho I've never had an issue at any hotel with my doggie and I've never even told them he's a service animal.
Yes they have military rates.
