This by far is the worst hotel I've stayed in and can't believe it's under Hilton. My family is staying at multiple rooms for the weekend due to our reunion. Myself have rented two rooms. The rooms are outdated with old nasty carpet, the bathroom toilet is not staying on the seat which is gross and the staff is so rude...ALL OF THEM. And you all have the nerve to charge for nasty breakfast? We purchased 20+ rooms with dozens of family members, so why is there a fee for the breakfast? We also have the ballroom which was 80+ degrees so we had to shut down our event early. The units they brought in to cool down the room did NOTHING but cause noise. Noise so loud, we couldn't hear our speaks present. When asked for a mic, we was told that will be a fee. A FEE because your Ac don't work and you all had the noisy non-working units from Sunbelt? This place was a disaster and I will not stay here anymore nor do I recommend this location to anyone especially with large parties. Their was no hotel accomodations at all to our large party. I do not recommend this place.

No Hot Water!!!!!!! My brother and I came in on Saturday morning at 2am. Running little late due traffic. They said at first we were a no show! We finally got our room. Then we decided to try to take a shower before we went to bed. It was Cold. We tried gain in the morning, Cold. We spoke to the front desk in the morning. They told us they have been having issues with other customers with the same complaint. They told us that we are going to fix it my Monday or Tuesday morning. We said we’re gonna leave Monday morning. And they said we’re gonna comp the whole stay. Every day the shower was cold. On the Monday morning. When we checked out they said we have to pay for everything. They said no one said that I would do that. They took off $50. They told us that they gave us the option of leaving or staying, that was a total lie. They never gave us an option. If we had the option to leave we would’ve left. There was no options, that they gave us nothing. This was the worst Hilton Garden Inn I stayed at. I would recommend you stay away from this specific Hilton Garden Inn. Until they change or retrain management and fix the amenities and plumbing in the building.

I would totally stay at this location again! The staff welcomed myself and my puppy with open arms! The room was fairly clean, quiet and comfortable! The french toast breakfast was amazing and staff very friendly! The only two things I would say is that I noticed at night the parking became crowded and since there is no parking deck I don't know why there's a $7 charge for parking. In addition, all carpet and cloth furniture should be removed from all hotels to make things cleaner. Other than this I enjoyed my stay and would love to stay again!

What a wonderful hotel with amazing staff who knows how to provide top-notch service. We had a horrible experience at the Fairfield Inn next door and moved our stay over to the Hilton garden Inn thankfully. Front desk staff restaurant staff everyone was amazing! The wonderful woman waiting on tables for breakfast during our stay is out of this world, she was taking care of all the guests wanting breakfast with a smile on her face and was so pleasant although she was so busy and doing everything herself minus cooking.

Parking is free. They give you a parking pass! Breakfast is available for a fee. The Fairfield next door is nicer with a parking garage and free continental breakfast.
