Cleanliness and service was atrocious. On the cleanliness part I found dead bugs, leftover clothes from those before, and a stained toilet. For Service there was a young lady at the start who was very welcoming. When I got to my room I realized I had been charged for 1 of my 2 rooms twice. I went downstairs just assuming it was an honest mistake she explained that apparently my card had originally been declined. I checked with my bank and my booking agent. Both confirmed I had already been charged. My booking agent had to get involved to get a refund on the extra charge. When I left the next night the day person who was completely different simply gave me a "oh its you, you can leave now". Extremely unprofessional, thieves and unclean. The only reason why I'm giving a star at all is that I had a good night sleep. Will most likely never give this chain a chance again which is too bad considering how much I travel

The property is a bit dated but is well maintained. The cleanliness of the bathrooms have been disappointing. The room and beds are comfortable but the sheets don't seem as high a quality as other HIE's I've stayed at. Also unlike others this property does not offer a complimentary breakfast or coffee service (just the Keurig in the room which is stocked with one regular and one decaf pod and 2 disposable cups). I would recommend skipping the breakfast at the H Cafe, for the price and quality it's not worth the $12 or the 20 minute wait. I'd have given a higher rating of three except for the breakfast. When you factor in paying for breakfast then the room rate is not as attractive. Breakfast was truly disappointing. The staff is friendly and welcoming and it's a convenient location and has multiple casual dining restaurants nearby so that's a plus for them.

Started off with interrupting the front desk from their texting and birthday celebration. The shower had obvious mold in the tub caulking and the toilet only flushed if you held the handle down. Your staff is going to cause someone to get sick from lack of concern. I have given 1 star because the bed was clean and I was tired. The breakfast offered looked like they fought a homeless person for the best dumpster. I have pics of a days old uncleaned, attempt of a hot bar, coffee and juice...empty, uncleaned and left on the side bar. The only appearance of cleanliness was the toaster. And that's because there was nothing to toast DO NOT STAY HERE, EVER.

Room was very dusty, cow webs in corners. Paid extra for a hot breakfast. There was nothing but coffee, Jimmy Dean frozen biscuits and some odd fruits. The extra fee was refunded. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall the stay was very disappointing. We normally stay at Holiday Inn Express, there was none available. here.
