My stay was amazing. The hotel is in a great location everything is in walking distance. It was spacious and clean very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the water at the doors for guests who were walking places and breakfast was good with great choices. Rooms were clean and comfy pool was clean and well kept. I did have issues with the internet and would like to see that improve and was surprised to have to pay to park. But aside those things my stay was great and we would be back

My sister gifted me with this room for the night so I would not have to drive an hour and a half to get home and also to come back in the morning. My husband is in the hospital. Everything was lovely except location. It was not close enough to the hospital though only about 30 minutes away. I so appreciated the restful environment when I got to my room.

Nice hotel! I was expecting worse because the outside didn't look great. The inside was beautiful. The room was clean and spacious. We had a 1 bed king suite with sofa. Sometimes hotels have a smell but this one did not. All the workers were friendly and helpful especially Monique at the front desk. I did not really eat the breakfast because there is so much food in Savannah to try. It was a comfortable hotel. The location is great! We were able to walk everywhere in Historic Downtown. This hotel is close to City Market and Broughton st. We usually ended up in City Market which is where Vinnie Van Go Go, Prohibition Museum, Pie Society, and Lulu is which is a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Definitely recommend.

Located by a v busy intersection however except for an occasional siren - no noise. Comfy bed. Immediate service when we found the fridge wasn’t getting cold-unplugged. Clean and beautiful. Never ate there but coffee was great.

Not a good one though, better walk up to the river
There is no free parking. Valet is $20 and they utilize 2 parking lots. Outside parking is $15. Outside parking is limited so I'd suggest only to choose that option if you found a spot and won't be moving for the duration of your stay.
No but they may have free wine or beer for an hour or so at early evening
Our accommodations were very nice, and our stay was pleasant. Our GA Red Hat Jubilee was held at the Embassy Suites across from the Hampton Inn, so it was quite convenient for us. Make certain to review your bill BEFORE departing! Found out when I got home (3 hours away) that I'd been charged for parking 3x each of the 2 nights' stay. I contacted the hotel and it was supposedly returned. Weeks later, I'm still dealing with this issue. Have stayed at several Hampton Inn and Suites in the past, without any problems.
