My daughter recently used the bus service from Binghamton to Ronkonkama round trip. There were no issues and the bus was on time. Would use again.

I don’t recommend this bus company to anyone. I’ve used it a few times to get home from college and the buses were full and they did not calculate how many seats were needed. They also had no wifi on the bus any of the times I went on it. Also the fact that they don’t allow passengers to switch bus times and make them buy another ticket is so inconsiderate. College students don’t have the money to waste on bus tickets. It’s not hard for a bus company to switch someone’s time if the bus is not at capacity. I called customer service to ask about switching the time and the woman was rude and not helpful and did not care about my situation at all.
