So the receptionist who answered the phone today, Nancy was extremely unprofessional!! I was looking to make an appointment but was looking at the times she offered me and my days I have available (because I work too) I kept asking for certain days and she yells at me "CAN YOU MAKE UP YOUR MIND" (mind you she yelled it in spanish thinking I wouldn't understand i of course answered her in spanish ) as a receptionist myself for a busy animal hospital I can understand that sometimes you get a bit overwhelmed but I would never ever talk to a client on the phone like that. That was extremely rude and unprofessional!!!

My father asked for best technique and lens inside the eye after removing a cataracts. WE JUST ASKED FOR THE BEST and we had the worst experience after paying a lot. He was told the surgery was a success but my father can see less than before. The Dr was so convincing and nice but at the time of surgery, he wasn’t the dr performing the surgery. Now we are looking for a new physician to remove what was done and believe me, NEVER BACK TO DR KLEIN!
