"This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. It offers a beautiful pool and weight room. The office staff Tatiana & Tyeccia are extremely accommodating, friendly and communicate very well. It could not be better located in a better spot near lots of shopping & restaurants. It offered amenities that most communities did not."

I've lived here for 1.5yrs. I know there's usually waiting list for apartments here. Since I have two dogs I love the balconies on the second & third floor apartments.
It all depends now since they started taking section 8 and other housing vouchers. Your best bet is to call them, explain your situation and then ask.
