Only reason I don't give 6 stars is because of the price. The food quality and taste are top notch 10/10. The sides are also really tasty but also kinda expensive. Like I just had a brisket steak and cheese and sweet potato fries with maple aoli 🤤 that was phenomenal but cost $30. That's the only bad thing I can say about this place. Cool outdoor space, good selection of beer and bourbon, friendly staff, and delicious food. I'd say best BBQ in CT. Just wish I could afford to go here more

I ordered catering from Hindsight for my birthday this past weekend, and it was DELICIOUS! Everyone loved it. My husband and I had also visited the restaurant during the summer to test it out, and that's how we decided to use them for catering. They never disappoint - I highly recommend!
