I just converted my old Cardio Express membership. They have a basic single club membership for approx $10. Then there's the black card membership for $22ish (there's tax involved with both). The black card gets you access to any club, tanning, bring a guest anytime, chair massage or hydro massage.

You'll need to go to the gym location and request the membership cancelation forms. Also keep in mind that when you cancel they'll charge you for another extra month claiming that it's because they use a 3rs party for their billing which is just ridiculous.
I agree with Ellen. 19.99 gets you the classes and access to the gym. You cannot join for the classes only.
