I just converted my old Cardio Express membership. They have a basic single club membership for approx $10. Then there's the black card membership for $22ish (there's tax involved with both). The black card gets you access to any club, tanning, bring a guest anytime, chair massage or hydro massage.
$10 month or $21 a month for the black card which gives you access to everything and to any other planet fitness
They have different plans that are all on a month to month basis from $10. - $30. I think
