I went to the flooring department looking for assistance. The male employee who was just sitting down doing nothing looked at me and just sat there. Finally, after 10 minutes, I asked him if there was anybody in the department who could help me. He said, yeah, what do you want? Terrible customer service. I will never shop at this location again.

They should have some parts
Check your local web for santa times for home depot
From what i can gather they only recycle compact florescent bulbs for free. It's possible they might take florescent tubes for a fee, depending on the individual locations.
