This place has the best staff I've worked with in a very long time. Mainly worked with Steve who went above and beyond to make sire my car was running right and that any worries I had were taken care of. The mechanics even got involved above the normal just with being excited about the car I brought in. Any time I've come in they all asked me how I was doing and for updates with the car. Also had to deal with a claim from another auto company who destroyed my suspension and they got it back to me in less than a week with a new suspension, new tires, and 2 alignment to assure it was perfect. Great experience, highly recommended

I spoke with Carlos. Ruddiest person I have ever had to deal with. The pricing was ridiculous for the minor repair I needed. I would never recommend this place due to their price gouging to anyone .

I discovered a large oil leak on my SUV and had to leave town the next day. I called Northtown at 5:30 p.m. and spoke to Steve about my situation/time crunch. He was able to fit me in the next day! Northtown diagnosed the problem, retro-fitted an oil ring/gasket (part was no longer in production) and had me on my way that afternoon! They did a great job and the price was right. Steve was professional, courteous, and went into great detail on not just the oil leak, but the overall health of my SUV (he texted me pics of other potential issues etc.). This service shop is way above all other shops I have dealt with over the past 30 years. Kudos! Jeffrey Casey P. S. Steve's counterpart Larry, was also very professional, friendly/courteous!
