10000/10 experience as a first timer to filler! This was my first experience getting any type of filler done - I had my lips injected and I couldn't have chosen a better team. The entire experience was EXCELLENT. I was greeted by Vicky who took great care of me, she was so sweet, friendly and made me feel so comfortable and right at home. I was pretty nervous since this was my first time but she answered all of my questions thoroughly and reassured me if I needed anything during the process she'd take care of it. Vicky handled my initial numbing and also stayed with me throughout the appointment to help distract me from the pain and keep me calm, she's the best! if you're looking for a fantastic coolsculptor, she's an expert at this as well. Nurse Holly came in shortly after and we discussed what my goals were and as someone who is VERY squeamish with needles, she was incredibly patient. I'm so thankful I chose her because I highly doubt that any other nurse could be as gentle and calm despite my high sensitivity to pain. Throughout the injection process she kept checking in to see if I needed any additional numbing and made me feel extremely comfortable to express if there was any discomfort or if I needed a break. Overall they were such an amazing team and I can't wait to go back for more services! Highly recommend both Vicky and Holly for any cosmetic services!
