We lived here for 3 years and are glad we have now moved. If you are looking for a community feel you won't find it here. Not a friendly park. Management is slow to respond to concerns or doesn't respond at all. Improvements to the infrastructure have left the park looking more like an rv park with utility poles both in front of units and on the side. There is no attempt to slow drivers in the park dispite numerous complaints. Also, be aware of mobile home park housing ordinances because management does not follow always follow them.
