My wife and I are seniors with an adult disabled son. We’ve been tenants at Pine Lakes preserve for a little over 8 months. The community is made up of a diverse group of People young and old alike some retiree’s and some going to work everyday. This is a pet friendly complex ! The office people are very nice and all are very helpful. All our small issues have been resolved quickly. The grounds are kept clean and groomed. The maintenance personnel are very nice and always here for us and always professionals. The rent is comparable to other places and considering all you get for your money, ie; 24 hr gym access, 2 pools, Very pet friendly, storage garage (Available at $150 per month) also has walkway around 1 of 2 lakes with beautiful fountains and more, including screened in balconies and weekly professional exterminator and even though we’ve seen only a couple bugs, they came in right away and no more bugs. All in all we are very happy here.

From the moment I walked in to see an apartment, I was treated like I mattered. Tyler was an absolute sweetheart who made me feel welcomed. I know the apartment I viewed was a model but I was impressed nonetheless. A tenant happened to walk into the clubhouse when I returned from viewing the apartment and so I asked the tenant’s opinion about the community and the tenant had nothing but great things to say. Tyler explained the application process completely and it was easy to do. The following day I called for an update and was greeted by Bailey who was just as amazing and kind as Tyler. She checked on my application and QUICKLY got back to me to let me know I had been approved. That made my entire week. My family and I had a really rough year and a half. I don’t think people really grasp that the way they treat others can make a UNIVERSE of difference in the lives of those they encounter. Even in business dealings, people just want to be treated with kindness and compassion. Tyler and Bailey EXEMPLIFIED this demeanor. My son and I are so excited to be moving into our new home and I will be recommending Pine Lakes Preserves to EVERYONE looking for a place to live, especially in this economy! Awesome looking community and awesome people working there!!!
