Absolutely loved it. Streamed so many shows from here. The tour gave me chills of all the people that performed here. The intro movies should not be missed

Always have a great time at the Ryman!
Reuben McGilvary
Unfortunately the artist didn't want video of the concert displayed on television monitors. With everyone standing throughout the majority of the concert it hampered those who can't stand for long periods of time from watching the performance. Sound engineering and/or sound constriction from auditorium design created a less than desirable experience from a band that has outstanding talent. Security is a joke when it comes to interacting with and dispositioning disruptive, vulgar attendees. Complaints were made over six times with security personnel with no involvement on the part of Ryman. We will never attend another event at the Rynan Auditorium.

Marcus didn't come on until 10pm. When you live a hour away that's to late. People have to go to work the next morning and I saw several older people leave before it was over. Had tickets for the Friday show but sold them. Needs to consider his audience. Should have started at 7pm with that many acts. Music was great.

21.95 per ticket for general admission
I use Spot Hero. Its a website where you can buy parking close before you get there. Last week I got valet parking for $10.
I saw ad but not date. Sorry. U can google Ryman to call them to find out if not on their website.
Not sure My apologies There are really no bad seats at the Ryman
As I do not work there, I am unequipped to answer your question. I would certainly direct you to call their number at (615) 889-3060. Have a nice day, P Cribbins!
Yes. You can combine the Ryman tour and the Grand Old Opry tour.
Definitely figure in about an hour and a half, well worth it though!
There are a number of tours. If I remember you can backstage when there is a show
We sat center right in front of the sound guy, it was Awesome best sound ever
Why special parking for Nissans?
I would to assure a great seat. They are all good but some are center stage.
Yes they do....but everyone in our group found it pricey and could find it up and down the strip..but it was a nice shop
I found reasonable rates by just searching "Nashville hotels" on google
Double Tree is close and reasonable cost
Doors open an hour before show time. You can arrive at any time but doors will open an hour before the show.
I believe it's up to the artist not the venue.
Tours are self guided and concerts are still held there.
Hi there, you can go at anytime during the day. 9 am is when we open but you are welcome to come at anytime. Thanks & Enjoy the tour!
They are allowing tours of the building...BUT not the records yet.
They do continue to have shows there. It will be on their site.
Yes
I'm not really sure me and my woman just walk through the whole place inexperienced it I'm not good on schedules
In my recent experience, 9 am is just when tours can start. My family arrived around 11am The self guided tour begins with a film. The film's start throughout the day. On the day we went, one started at 11:30am.
That I don't know.....I'm sorry I can't assist you with the right information.
I'm so sorry but given how things are now. The show will most likely be canceled. Hopefully, you will get to see it at a later date.
Idk bout the scotty mccreery concert but I went to a concert day after tornado hit nashville. The ryman was not affected
Don't know. Call them.
I don't know Go6 either. Most shows have several older classic country acts and maybe a new act or two.
They only have concerts and shows there.
I believe the tourism about $25 for adults but you should check the website. the concert tickets are based on location.
Give them a call. Or maybe you requested to have them at box office waiting on you.
Side entrance to the Ryman, usually where the tour buses park
I like the Holiday Inn Express!
I was just visiting in Nashville and took the tour of the Ryman. I don't have that kind of info.
The guided tour is about an hour. To really take everything in, you need about 2 hours
No need for reservations as you can purchase tickets to tour The Ryman at their on-site ticket counter. However, if you plan on seeing a show or concert, tickets purchased online or pre-purchased on site are necessary. Enjoy your visit!
Every show is priced differently and not all are child oriented
Yes. When the tour first starts you can take an elevatior to the short film room which has benches and plenty of space for a wheelchair. The rest ot the tour (whether guided or not) can be done utilizing the elevator or does not require steps.

I'm not sure of your question. They have tours daily and ticket prices vary per performance.
It varies by event. Saw Little Feat last row balcony was $65.00. Not a bad seat any where.
Yes 10 for each song then they send an email to you with a mp3 download and you make your record
Usually doors open an hour before show times.
They give tours. Ours was paid for so I don't know the price
Pancake Pantry and Biscuit Love. You are posting under the Ryman Auditorium. This is meant for questions about the Ryman not just general questions about Nashville.
Go to STUB HUB for your tickets, they won't rip you off with Exorbitant Fees like some third party sellers do. Stay away from Onlinecitytickets.com
No from what I have been told only the Christmas season.
You can always look that stuff up on the website. Usually they have all kinds of schedules and other helpful information about the Auditorium.
I knownthey gave free back stage tiurs to vets this oast weekend. I was there but did not have time for the tour. Highly recommend taking in a show though.
Opry at the Ryman, features lesser known country stars. The Ryman hosts a great variety of performers beside country. Ween, Culture Club, Happy together tour, etc. Yes, the sound is awesome.
I'm not sure of this. Call the box office. I know they have special accommodations
They have valet. If Nissan is still a sponsor valet is free. There is a parking garage next to it for $20. They do close the garage 1 hour after the show. So you do not have much time to waste. Several other garages in the area. Use the site parkit downtown to search prices.
Probably but they search the bag. No bottled water or beverages allowed.
Agree with Gina!
We stayed at The Fairlane and it was fabulous. The walk to Ryman was less than 10min it was a straight shot. The coffee is divine.
I see people video recording at every concert I've been to at the Ryman! If you sit on the lower level they even allow you to walk right up to the stage to take pictures and record with your phone. My favorite indoor venue in Nashville!
I assume if you call they will tell you who you need to contact. Good luck!
If you bought the print at home tickets from Ticketmaster, they do not send the email or release the tickets for printing until 24 or 48 hours befor the show start time.
For shows it is difficult. I would suggest pre-purchasing through box office. But as someone mentioned earlier if you are just wanting to tour the facility it shouldn't be a problem.
Tough crowd. They won't do it all for the nuggy...
I do not understand your inquiry because I cannot decipher the grammatical nature of the question.
I definitely wouldn't have brought a kid to my show I saw Bill Burr
there are places to buy drinks inside the venue and you can carry them to your seat.
Yes there is
You can go to opry at the ryman and see the list. If not there I believe you can ask.
You can take photos at the Grand Old Oprey..but you can not take photos at the Ryman..Last time we went to see Dwight..the security would see cameras..they were on them like a pack of WILD UNHAPPY DOGS!! Kind of sad because they were running around ALL NIGHT!! It was to say the least quite distracting.. Our first concert at the Ryman was Dwight and had a group of LOUD DRUNK RUDE NASTY mouthed older women..They ruined it for quite a few all around us.. Now this past concert..Dwight..the security ruined it for almost everyone.. In as much as I loved the music...and the setting...don't know if I will rush back..just was 2 bad experiences in a row..and the tickets are not cheap..
Definitely the self guided tour
Should have enough time since you'll land 2:50 local time. Stay downtown for max time.
There is no free parking available. The paid lots near the Ryman are quite expensive. They will probably cost $20 or more for your short visit to the Ryman. It is also limited, so you may not be able to find a spot. If you really need parking downtown, your best bet is to park at the Music City Center garage on 5th Avenue and walk wherever you need to go. It is only $10 to park there for 5 hours and you shouldn't have any problem finding a spot there.
Depends on the show and how many folks will be playing. They typically run about two hours but not always true. I've been to a couple of shows that started at 9 and went past midnight. In some cases there are two performance in a night, 7 PM and 9 PM - they usually end after an hour and a half.
I prefer main floor, row M or forward as close to center as possible. M is the first row under the balcony, L is at the edge. The balcony doesn't really inhibit your view until you are further back but not being under it is better.
Call the box office or go to the website. Not sure if you get a refund.
I was there for a tour but it seemed like the sightlines were pretty good throughout. You could probably move around as long as you are willing to move if someone holds the seats you're sitting in
On the second level they are slightly but if a tall person sit in front of you, it will be hard to see.
There is a free bus that goes on fifth and one that goes on fourth. Green bus or blue bus.
Prohibited items include: all weapons including pocket knives, oversized bags, outside food and beverage, cans, bottles, ...
It's a Christian music show put on at the Ryman theater and I believe all proceeds go to charity
