The Honda Service Department here is horrible. I had two bad experiences. First, I bought out my lease for my honda. I was told by sales that I'll get free car detailing and it may take a few hours. I scheduled an appointment on the weekend. I took my car in and the rep at the service department told me they don't do detailing. I explained to him about what sales department had told me and he stated that "sales don't know what they are talking about". This mean this had happened numerous times before. I demanded to speak to the manager. I spoke to the sales manager and explained my situation. He went over to talk to service department. Meanwhile, the other sales manager stated that the service department is always passing the buck. He stated that these types of issues have happened with service department before. Today, I bring in my car for an emergency. My car keeps shutting off. I explained to Supervisor Paul Hamilton about my situation. He said they can't even look at today and they'll have to keep the car till next week. I don't have an appointment. These people won't even prioritize for an emergency. I asked for a rental, and he said he can't provide me with a rental. I spent $3000 for honda warranty and this is the service you receive. This is a safety hazard and an emergency and this guy doesn't even care about his customers.

My husband and I are buying our first car together, and we visited 3 different dealerships - of the 3 locations, the main reason we came back to Honda is because of the salesperson who helped us, Lucio. He was so friendly, easygoing, and knowledgeable, and we never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase (unlike the salespeople from the other dealerships). Lucio was honest and forthright throughout the process, which really put us at ease. He made the whole experience seamless and we so appreciate him! The car salesmen sold us a car that had paint damage. I bought a Honda HRV used with about 34k miles used. We bought it with the car looking great but approximately 3 months after purchase, the paint damage was visible. Buyer beware of this dealers schemes to make used cars look attractive to only find paint damage later. I understand in this photo the car is dirty but after washing the vehicle multiple times the clear coat is definitely damaged and dull. I would highly not recommend this dealer. Please do your due diligence before forking $2k over market value for a vehicle that makes you upset everyday looking at it. You can clearly see the difference from one side vs the other. Please note, I have owned this vehicle for 1 year now, and some may argue I should have spoke up sooner, but I’m speaking now as I’m very unhappy with my used car experience here. I have purchased 3 used vehicle prior to this purchase and none of those vehicles showed signs of clear coat damage such as this one

I was told that if find a bank with a lower interest rate like a 1.9 or so, then take it and will help you get your lower payment too, because I'm going to refinance myself too
